‘Just for Him’ benefit concert
There will be a benefit concert featuring “Remedy Revival and My Brother’s Keeper” on Sunday, April 30, at 6 p.m. at the Damm Theatre in Osgood. All proceeds go to “Just for Him” food ministry. Free will offering.

Rummage sale in Napoleon
St. Maurice Catholic Church will have a rummage sale May 5 – 6; Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until noon. Saturday is $2 bag day. LOCATION: St. Maurice Parish Hall, Hwy. 229 in Napoleon.
There will be a genealogy workshop presented by Charlotte Blair, State Vice-Regent Indiana DAR on Saturday, May 6 at 10:30 a.m. at the Osgood Public Library. The event is sponsored by Osgood Public Library and Daughters of the American Revolution.

Ripley Co. Soccer Club fun day

NMLRA 22 Fun Shoot
The Fun Shoot takes place May 7 with open sight rifle, scoped rifle and open sight pistol, women’s open sight rifle and scoped rifle, youth (under 16) open sight rifle and scoped rifle events at the Walter Cline Range in Friendship. Mother’s Day at the library
Osgood Library and Milan Branch Library will have a Mother’s Day Tea Party for girls and boys ages 3 to 10. Kids can bring their moms, grandmas or mom substitutes for tea, lemonade and other goodies, a story and craft. Osgood: Monday, May 8 at 4 p.m. Milan: Thursday, May 11 at 4 p.m.
Ripley Co. Democrats meeting
The meeting will take place Tuesday, May 9 at Dramann’s Campground just outside of Osgood. Turn east on Eckert St. between UCB and Encore Insurance. The campground is located just 1 mile on the left. The pitch-in dinner starts at 6 p.m. with the meeting beginning at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
Bridge of Hope ‘Celebrate Recovery’

Support group in Batesville
A family support group will be offered for individuals with addictions or substance abuse issues on the third Wednesday of the month at the Better Options office in Batesville (corner of SR 46 and Tekulve Rd.) from 6 – 7:30 p.m. There is no charge.

Senior meals in Dillsboro
LifeTime Resources has opened a Senior Nutrition Activity Center at Dillsboro Village Apartments in Dillsboro. Individuals who are 60 or over, and their spouse regardless of age, can enjoy activities and for a donation receive a hot meal Monday through Friday.
