Ripley County Tourism has lots of fun and exciting events for our area leading up to and during the total solar eclipse in April 2024.
Terry Trowbridge, the liaison for Ripley County Tourism (RCT) spoke about many events already in the works for next year. She notes that many of the smaller areas are still mapping out plans for next year.

The greatest players, coaches and contributors to the game of high school basketball in Ripley County will welcome six more individuals to their inner circle next year as the 2024 Ripley County Basketball Hall of Fame has named its 2024 induction class.

Miss Lizzy’s Performing Arts Academy had another overwhelming response from the crowd as the performers proudly presented It’s a Toy’s Life based off the movie Toy Story. There are a variety of dancers that perform their dance moves of hip hop, jazz, ballet, contemporary, tap and theatre. Miss Lizzy’s has grown to have 290 students of performing arts.
