Stephen “Steve” Delap

Stephen “Steve” Delap, 64, of Milan passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, at his home with his loving family by his side.

Family and friends may gather in remembering Steve from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM, Monday, July 21, 2025, at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan. Rosary services will be held at 8:45 AM, provided by Janet Freese. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:30 PM, at St. Charles Catholic Church: 213 W Ripley St, Milan, IN 47031, with Father Shaun Whittington officiating. Burial will follow at St. Charles Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Steve to St. Charles Catholic Church for Mass, Ripley County 4H, or to the family.
