Bobby Joe Gabbard, 34, of Sunman, formerly of Moorefield, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019.  Funeral services were conducted Monday, April 29 at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, Vevay. Memorials may be made to the Kassidy Jean Gabbard Education Fund.
