Joseph “Joe” Arthur Barrett, 93, of Moores Hill passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at his daughter’s residence in Moores Hill with family by his side.

A service celebrating his life was held Wednesday, May 27 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan with Pastor Doug Norman officiating. Burial followed in Forest Hill Cemetery, with full military rites provided by Moores Hill American Legion Post #209. Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan entrusted with arrangements.
