Tyson Library closed

Tyson Library will be closed on Monday, September 2, in observance of Labor Day.

St. John’s Lutheran Smorgasbord Dinner

St. John’s Lutheran Church of Napoleon will have their monthly Smorgasbord Dinner (ham, German hot potato salad, homemade coffee cakes, etc.) on Thursday, September 5. Serving is 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. and everyone is welcome. Carryouts are available. Per person charge.

Delaware UMC Homecoming

The Delaware United Methodist Church will hold it’s 81st Annual Homecoming on Sunday, September 8. Church services will begin at 8:30 a.m., Sunday School at 9:30 a.m., pitch in dinner at 12:00 noon with a program at 1:30 p.m. Special music by Safe in the Harbor.

Batesville Library Used Book Sale

The Friends of the Batesville Memorial Public Library are having their used book and media sale September 12-14. Over 10,000 books, videos, CDs, DVDs and books on tape will be sold from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at the library annex building, located at 10 W. Boehringer Street.

Colorful Storytime at Tyson Library

It’s red week! Come join us for a storytime full of colors, crafts, stories, and activities. Two sessions are offered. Come at either 10:30 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. Stop in the library during regular business hours to fill out a registration form.
