Milan Students of the Month with the theme being Respectful - “Respect yourself, others and property.”

A local basketball legend and a nearby superstar will forever be etched into Indiana basketball history this upcoming spring as Milan’s Gene White and Rising Sun’s John Adams will be inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame.
White and Adams will be a part of the 62nd men’s induction class that will be honored on Wednesday, March 20 at the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in New Castle.

The Milan Lions Club inducted three new members in November. They were pleased to welcome Lion Carol Jackson (sponsored by Lion Pam Yates), Lion Gina Knefct (sponsored by PDG Melissa Baker) , and Lion Beth Hyde (sponsored by Lion Carla Blair). They are looking forward to working with these new Lions to serve the community.
