June and Jim Branson, Versailles, had a delightful (almost) 60-year marriage. Glenn and Carol Schwanholt, Benham, had almost 40 years of a wonderful marriage.


Dr. Kress talks teeth to elementary

On Friday, Feb. 9, Dr. Kress gave his annual demonstration of how to take care of teeth with the Kindergarten through Second grade classes at South Ripley Elementary School. The students got to enjoy a few short videos making it a fun experience for everyone. Brown & Kress D.D.S. want to let the public know about the importance of taking care of teeth and start with students of a young age to enforce why it is so important. Each student received toothpaste and toothbrushes as a complimentary gift from Brown & Kress D.D.S. Dr. Kress concluded his presentation to the students, “Don’t forget to smile!”
