The recently built New Marion Fire Station was the meeting spot for the department’s first organized jeep and side-by-side ride on Saturday, August 17. 199 units registered and over 500 people participated in the ride.

Over 30 units left out on the ride to raise money for Christmas for children in Ripley County. Even Mr. and Mrs. Clause got in on the action in the right photo surrounded by members of the Infamous Few.

According to Indiana State Police a Ripley County man has been arrested and charged with felony sex crimes.
After a warrant was issued for Joel Stoltzfus, 42, Holton, on August 7 for two counts of Rape and two counts of Incest, he was arrested last Thursday, August 15 and booked into the Ripley County Jail.
