Angela Dunagan

Angela Dunagan

Angela Sue Dunagan, 68, passed away on November 20, 2023 at Shady Nook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lawrenceburg, IN. Angie grew up in Osgood, IN and graduated from Jac-Cen-Del High School in 1973, where she played flute in the band. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a former member of the Methodist Church in Osgood.

Angie loved painting and drawing and won awards for her art in high school. She especially loved cooking and trying new foods from around the world. She was known for her sarcastic wit and sharp tongue, cracking jokes with her family members until the end.

Angie was preceded in death by her father James T. Dunagan, her mother Lovella Sharp Dunagan Maxwell, and her brother Hubert (Shirley) Dunagan. She is survived by her brothers James Dunagan (Phyllis) of North Vernon, Ferris (Judy) Dunagan of Osgood, Bruce (Vicky) Dunagan of Madison, Larry (Connie) Dunagan of Osgood, and Kurt (Melissa) Dunagan of Bright; her sister Teresa (Garry) Ingram of Columbia City; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will also be very much missed by her son Joe (Kate) Weber of Milford, Ohio; her daughter Tina (Andrew) Young of Ellettsville, IN; and her grandchildren Jackson, Amelie, Lucie, London, and Jordyn.

Angie requested that no funeral or memorial service be had and that her ashes be scattered on the family farm where she grew up. Her children ask that in remembrance, those that knew and loved her be brave and try a new food.
