Carlee Jo Orr

The world changed on June 24, 2024, when Carlee Jo Orr entered it. She was the precious daughter of Jacob and Sierra (Billman) Orr, born at St. Vincent in Indianapolis, Indiana. On February 8, 2025, Carlee gained her angel wings at Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, leaving behind memories that will forever be cherished. Friends and family are invited to a visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Neal’s Funeral Home in Osgood. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m., with burial at Fink’s Church Cemetery.
