Charles Mark Wagoner

Charles Mark Wagoner, 59, of Saint Petersburg, Florida formerly of the Hopewell Community passed away after a short battle with cancer on November 24, 2022. Born April 11, 1963 in Seymour, Indiana. He was the son of Charles O. and Eva Mae (Franklin) Wagoner.

He graduated in 1980 from South Ripley Jr-Sr. High. Charles Mark moved to Florida in 1982 and worked in construction until he became ill.

He is survived my his mother Eva Mae Wagoner, Holton, Charlotte Patterson(companion), Saint Petersburg, FL. Daughther Kendra (Andrew) Yoder, Ohio, sons, Ian and Phillip Wagoner, Florida. Sisters Annette (Mark) Sims, North Vernon, Barbette (Charles) Wickstrom, Benham, one nephew, three nieces and eight grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father Charles O Wagoner, grandparents, and niece Alivia Burns.

In keeping with his wishes cremation is planned with no services at this time.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
