Chris E. Volz, Jr.

Chris E. Volz Jr., 92, of Moores Hill passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at his residence with his loving family by his side. Chris was born on Thursday, September 12, 1929 in Milan, Indiana; son of Chris and Ada (Koechlin) Volz, Sr. Chris proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War Conflict.

Family and friends may gather in remembering Chris from 4:00 – 7:00 PM Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:00 AM on Friday, March 18, 2022 also at the funeral home with service immediately following at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tom Holt officiating. Burial will take place in St. Charles Catholic Cemetery with full military rites provided by Milan American Legion Post #235.
