Dalton Richter, age 17, of North Vernon passed away on Wednesday April 24, 2024.

Visitation was held on Monday April 29, 2024 from 11 am.- 1pm. at Neal’s Funeral Home in Osgood. Funeral services were also held at 1 pm., at Neal’s.
