Kenneth “Kenny” Lloyd Cowan, 71, of Dillsboro passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Ripley Crossing, Milan.

To adhere to the Governor’s mandate, a private visitation was held for Kenny Cowan’s family. Public funeral services were held on March 30, 2020 at Oakdale Cemetery, Dillsboro. Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
