Mary Kathleen “Kathy” (Scott) Niebrugge, 73, of Dillsboro passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at University of Cincinnati Hospital.
Family and friends had gathered in remembering Kathy from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home in Dillsboro. Burial followed at Oakdale Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Kathy to the family.
