Norma L. “Louise” Wagner, 88 of Carmel, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023. Louise was born September 4, 1935 in Dearborn County, Indiana to the late Aaron and Sylvania Messer. She attended school in Napoleon, Indiana, where she graduated.

Louise attended Holy Spirit Catholic Church and later Our Lady of Greenwood Catholic Church.

Louise loved cooking, gardening, spending time with her sister Jean and niece Debby Folkening. Most mornings, Louise and her neighbor Marge would go to breakfast and plan their day. Louise loved the Colts and rarely missed a game.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, November 3 at Flanner Buchanan-Hamilton Memorial Park, Prairie Waters, where a memorial service will begin at 1:00 pm.

Louise was the widow of Donald Charles Wagner. She is survived by her children, David (wife, Janis) Wagner, Mary Adair, and Daniel (wife, Catherine) Wagner; grandchildren, Josh (Lana Rouse), Jennifer (husband, James) Mason, Nate (wife, Amy) Wagner, Emma Wagner, Ethan Wagner and Alex Hahn; great grandchildren, Ivan Wagner, Miles Wagner, Juna Wagner, William Shook, Deliaha Rouse, Jay Mason and Alexander Mason; brother, Art Messer; sister-in-law, Ruth Messer.
