Philip Eugene Tingle, 78 of Madison passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019. The family will gather on Tuesday, October 15 from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, Madison. A graveside service will follow at 10:30 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery near Milton, Kentucky.
