Randall Irving Givan, 76, of Milan passed away Friday, January 10, 2020. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 17 at 11 a.m. at Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home in Moores Hill with burial in the Mt. Sinai Cemetery. Friends and family may gather in memory of Randall from 9-11 a.m. also at the funeral home. Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home, Moores Hill has been entrusted with the arrangements.
