Randy W. Smith

Randy W. Smith, 63, of Versailles passed away February 15, 2025 at the Kings Daughters Hospital in Madison. He was born in Madison on June 21, 1961, the son of Robert and Esther Wilson Smith. Survivors include one daughter Rhiannon (Ryan) Skelton of Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania; his mother Esther Smith of Madison; two brothers Eddie (Barb) Smith of Cross Plains and Lloyd (Debbie) Smith of Versailles, and his grandchildren Nicholas and James. He was preceded in death by his father, one brother John, and his sister Melinda Thompson. Randy was a 1979 graduate of South Ripley High School and was a member of the Tyson Methodist Church. He was employed with Romwebers in Batesville for several years and enjoyed fishing and tending to his milking goats. Randy’s wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services.
