Richard Wayne “Dick” Detmer, 81, of Osgood passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Margaret Mary Health Campus.

Family and friends may gather in remembering Dick from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan. A service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Tom Holt officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Dick to the Donor’s Choice.
