Robert “Bob” Charles Killinger

Robert “Bob” Charles Killinger, 78, of Dillsboro, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021, at St. Elizabeth-Dearborn in Lawrenceburg. Bob was born on Saturday, December 19, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Charles and Dorothea (Lanzarotta) Killinger. Bob married his loving wife Pamela (Bronnert) Killinger on June 15, 1963. Bob was a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church. He was employed by Emery Industries in Cincinnati, Ohio as a chemical operator. He enjoyed going to the casinos, movies, and chasing escaped pigs.


Bob is survived by his wife, Pamela Killinger of Dillsboro; son John Robert (Krissy) Killinger of Kentucky; daughters Amy Ann Jackey of New Albany (Stephen Bradley of Charlotte, TN) and Jenny Rebecca (Velman Ray) Meador of Versailles; sister Linda Lofland of Delhi, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Bob is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Dorothea Killinger.


Family and friends may gather to share and remember Bob from 4 -8 PM on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan with Rosary at 4 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM Thursday, December 2, 2021 at St. Charles Catholic Church, 213 Ripley Street, Milan, IN 47031 with Father Shaun Whittington officiating. Burial will follow in St. Charles Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Bob toward masses.
