Shirley J. (Wehmeyer) Smith, 74, of Milan passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky.

Family and friends gathered in remembering Shirley from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, Friday, January 2, 2026, at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan. Services followed at 12:00 PM with Pastor Deb Beason officiating. Burial followed at Oakdale Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Shirley to Dillsboro United Methodist Church.
