Ron Powell, leads the Patriot Guard
Ron Powell, leads the Patriot Guard and points over to Marine Veteran Steve Scoggins who is sitting in his lawn waiting to join at Cpl. John C. Bishop’s gravesite as the caravan travels to Cliff Hill Cemetery. Scoggins is a Patriot Guard member and has joined the 2-day ride for the past 10 years but had to forego the 2026 ride while recovering from a life-saving surgery.
