Attn: Motorists! Road Construction Ahead

The Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Dave O’Mara Contractors, Inc. is scheduled to close U.S 421 just north of Napoleon on or after Monday, May 18.
The project will take place about 3.4 miles north of State Road 229 between County Road 550 East and County Road 700 East. U.S. 421 is expected to reopen at this location in late July, weather permitting.


Bulldogs runner-up at EIAC meet

Batesville finished runner-up to host East Central on both sides Tuesday night but nonetheless it was a successful night for the Bulldogs as part of the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference Track and Field Championships in St. Leon.
