Troy David “Obbie” Morgan, age 59 of Madison, Indiana, passed away June 6, 2023.

Funeral mass will be conducted on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., by Father Christopher A. Craig at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 413 East Second Street in downtown Madison, Indiana. The family will gather at 9:00 a.m. at the Morgan & Nay Facility for the procession to the church. The committal ceremony will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in downtown Madison, Indiana with a final call ceremony to conclude. Friends may visit Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency Facility, 620 Green Road in Madison, Indiana. Additional parking is at the North Madison Baptist Church, 1906 Orchard Street which connects to the Emergency Management Agency Facility. The Emergency Medical Services personnel will honor Troy with a final salute on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the EMA Facility 620 Green Road in Madison. The Rosary will be prayed on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the EMA Facility 620 Green Road in Madison.
