Vicky Lee (Carter) Carpenter, 69, of Milan passed away Saturday June 17, 2023 at her home with her loving family by her side.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 6-7 PM Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan. A service will immediately follow at 7 PM with Pastor Tom Holt officiating. Memorials may be given in honor of Vicky to PAWS of Dearborn County.
