Flashing STOP light installed
A flashing light has been installed at both STOP signs on Old Michigan Road going north and south, crossing US 50. The road has been the scene of many accidents over the years, some fatal. The traffic on US 50 going east and west does not stop and has a speed limit of 55mph.

Bella is a busy girl
Pictured above Bella Downey, 9, of Versailles, was busy at her produce stand on Saturday on Jefferson Street in Osgood. The daughter of Jeff and Brittany Downey, and granddaughter of Darla Downey (where she helps with the gardening), is always thinking of ways to make a little money. She has had a lemonade stand in the past and more recently helped to raise money for a mission project. She is a fourth grader at South Ripley Elementary School.
