Lloyd “Wayne” Mosley, 73, of Rising Sun passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital Edgewood.

In accordance with Wayne’s wishes, there will be no services at this time. A celebration of life will be planned for a date to be determined. Memorials may be given in honor of Wayne to the Rising Sun Life Squad.
