Phyllis Marie (Jackson) Bischoff passed away at the age of 88 on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Ripley Crossing. Phyllis was born on Monday, March 1, 1937, in Dillsboro.

Family and friends may gather in remembering Phyllis from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM, Monday, January 19, 2026, at the Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home in Dillsboro. Services will immediately follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor Todd Wolfe officiating. Burial will take place at Oakdale Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Phyllis to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
