Glenn E. Moore

Glenn E. Moore, 88, of Batesville, formerly of Aurora, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville.

Glenn was well known in the Aurora-Lawrenceburg area where he coached junior high football at Lawrenceburg and helped establish the Pee Wee football League in Aurora. He also was an IHSAA official in football and basketball.
Funeral services were held on

Monday, August 24 at 12 p.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Glenn’s brother Rev. Dan Moore officiating. Burial was in the Riverview Cemetery in Aurora.

Visitation was on Monday beginning at 10 a.m. Memorials may be given to South Dearborn Pee Wee Football in care of the funeral home.
