Marvin Henry Cutter, 95, of Dillsboro passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019. A service celebrating his life will be held Saturday, December 7 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Dillsboro at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Marker-Althoff Cemetery. Family and friends may gather from 4 to 7 p.m. at Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home, Dillsboro.
