Richard Lee Francis, 79, of Lawrenceburg, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020. A service celebrating his life will be held at 5 p.m. today, Tuesday, February 18 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan. Family and friends may gather from 4-5 p.m. at the funeral home in remembrance.
