Dale Thomas Carpenter, 63, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021, at his residence. Dale was born to the late Thomas and Josephine (Purcell) Carpenter in Batesville, Indiana on Friday, December 13, 1957.
