Katherine “Kathy” Demaris Popp, age 61 of Dillsboro passed away October 21, 2021. She was born on September 12, 1960, the daughter of the late Ernest and Laura (Duncan) Smith in Batesville, IN.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 12 pm. All services were held at Neals Funeral Home in Osgood. Burial followed at Craven Cemetery in Milan.
