Virgil Clifford Laaker

Virgil Clifford Laaker of Dillsboro passed away at the age of 86 at Shady Nook Care Center in Lawrenceburg on Sunday, August 28, 2022. Virgil was born on Monday, July 6, 1936 in Dillsboro, Indiana, son of Clifford and Rosa (nee Kuhlman) Laaker.

Family and friends may gather in remembering Virgil from 10am – 12pm Thursday, September 1, 2022 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Farmers Retreat. A service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor Jared Tucher officiating. Burial will take place in Oakdale Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Virgil to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Farmers Retreat, Oakdale Cemetery, or Trinity Lutheran Church.
