Jac-Cen-Del student Charles Maloney, 17, was glad to see the final product of one of his projects as he works toward the goal of becoming an Eagle Scout. A ceremony was held Saturday, May 13 at the Osgood American Legion #267’s C.E.Reinking Memorial Park, just north of Osgood.
