Ariel G. Haessig of Milan High School was recently honored as a 2023 Indiana Academic All Star. In its 37th year, 40 high school seniors from throughout Indiana have been named. The Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP) sponsors the program.

The 65th State Convention of Tri Kappa was recently held at the French Lick Resort. Council President Janet Perry presided with members of the Paoli Delta chapter acting as hosts with a theme of the Roaring Twenties.
