It was a great turnout for the Annual Girls on the Run in Batesville that started at the Batesville Liberty Park on Sat. May 21.


Leader in Me students at Milan excel

In April, there were several students who were learning to “Seek first to understand, and Begin with the end in Mind.” We appreciate how the students are learning the Seven Habits of Leader in Me. Receiving certificates were: Gr. 5: Lloyd Robinson, Hunter Snelling & Ava Pittman. Gr. 6: Alex Guy, Elias Welch, Brayden Johnson, Sophie Riehle, Hunter Adams & Shelby Little. Gr. 7: Ryleigh Goodlett & Lucas Hensley. Gr. 8: Grace Bedel, Gaige Colen, Riley Sullivan, Kayla Roell, Dustin Hoog, Austin Lohmiller, Trinity Reed, Ruby Brown, Danielle Fryman & Eli Horn. Absent: Kash McClellan. Presenting the certificates were Lions Judy Jordon, Janice Schwier and Andy Schwier.
