Bernard Clyde Hartley, 69, of Charlestown, formerly of Cross Plains passed away Friday, February 21, 2020. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 28 at 1 p.m. at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, Vevay. Burial will follow in the Cross Plains Baptist Cemetery. Friends may call between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Friday, February 28 at the funeral home.
