Bette R. (Hyser) Belschner, 97, of Dillsboro formerly of New Haven, Indiana passed away Friday, February 3, 2023.

The family will be having a Celebration of Life at a later date. Memorials may be given in honor of Bette to the Dillsboro American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
