Bill died on Friday, July 21, 2023, at 5:25 a.m. at Hospice Care in Winter Springs, Florida. 

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., by Pastor Chris Clements at the Brushy Fork Baptist Church, 2 Brushy Fork Road near Pleasant, Indiana.
