Chad Edward White

Chad Edward White

Chad Edward White, 47, passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 at his home outside of Osgood.  Just like he dealt with all experiences in life, Chad managed his illness with strength and grace and wanted to spend as much time with his loved ones as possible. On his final day, he was surrounded by his wife and sons, along with other family members whom he loved and adored more than anything else in the world.

Chad was born to Rocky Dean and Susan Ann Brunner White on January 20, 1974 in Dearborn County, Indiana. He married Rachel Lorene Gilland on October 7, 2000 at St. Maurice Catholic Church in Napoleon, Indiana. They were blessed with two precious sons, Corbin Dean and Caleb Lee White.

Chad graduated in 1998 from Purdue University where he received a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering technology. After graduation, he went to work for BCA in Greensburg until 2004 where he then went to work for Century Tube of Madison, Indiana. In 2016, he joined E & H Tubing in Brownstown, Indiana where he became the plant manager.

He led a very active and productive life. His son’s were his pride and joy! He and Rachel watched them grow up playing basketball, soccer and running track to just enjoying life in general in raising boys! Family was everything. Other interests Chad enjoyed were hunting, old cars, and especially doing home building projects along with outdoor yard work. His infectious grin and laughter will soever be missed by his wife and family.

Survivors include his wife Rachel and sons Corbin Dean and Caleb Lee White of Osgood, parents Rocky and Susan Brunner White of Patriot, Indiana along with in-laws, Rick and Roseanna Gilland of Delaware, Indiana.

The visitation will be Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Neal’s with funeral being on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10:00 am at St. Maurice Church in Napoleon, Indiana.
