Douglas Allen Estell

Douglas Allen Estell, 33, of New Marion passed away at 8:30 a.m., Monday, March 8, 2021 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. He was born in Madison on June 9, 1987 the son of Rick Estell and Celestine Walker. Survivors include his father, Rick Estell of New Marion; mother Celestine (John) Earl of Charlotte, North Carolina; Doug’s fiance` Angela Ciarrochi; two daughters, Cherish and Savannah Cassidy of Versailles; three sons, Dominic Cassidy and Aiden and Blaiz Estell of Versailles; one brother, Robert Courtney of Louisville; three sisters, Amanda Thompson of Milan, Angie Estell of Madison and Sarah Fouch of Madison; and a special niece Whitney Stoneking.

Doug was a former employee of Tire Mart in Batesville where he worked as a mechanic. He enjoyed his motorcycles and working with his radio systems.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles. Visitation will also be on Thursday beginning at 10:00 a.m. Memorials will be accepted at the funeral home for Doug’s children.
