Elizabeth “Betty” Rose Shadday, 91, of Dillsboro, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020. A service celebrating her life was held Sunday, February 9 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Dillsboro. Burial was in the Oakdale Cemetery, Dillsboro. Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home, Dillsboro was entrusted with the arrangements.
