James Utter, 90, of Dillsboro and Versailles passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Highpoint Health. A service celebrating his life was held Monday, July 22 at Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home, Dillsboro. Burial was in the Oakdale Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the cemetery.
