Mary Jane (Dennis) Evans

Mary Jane (Dennis) Evans, 73, of Dillsboro passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at 4:15 am at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, due to complications from Covid-19. Mary was born on Tuesday, February 3, 1948 being the youngest of 9 children born to Harry Carl “Pat” and Ila Ruth (Stamper) Dennis.

Family and friends may gather to remember Mary from 5 – 7 PM Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home in Dillsboro. A service celebrating her life will be held at 10 AM on Friday, October 8, 2021 also at the funeral home with Pastor Sherman Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
