Matthew Joseph Chartrand, 60, of Sunman, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on Saturday, October 8, 1960 in Watertown, New York to Andy Chartrand and Virginia (Johnson) Chartrand.
