Megan Rae Ripps, 58, of Rising Sun, passed away Monday, January 27, 2020. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m on Thursday, January 30 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Moores Hill. Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home, Moores Hill was entrusted with the arrangements.
