Paul H. Meyer

Paul H. Meyer, 90, of Dewberry passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Arbor Grove in Greensburg.

He was born near Cross Plains on March 3, 1932 the son of Harry and Emma Nolker Meyer. He was married to Dorothy Gesell on July 29, 1961 and she preceded him in death on July 22 of this year, after 60 years of marriage. Survivors include two sons Steve Meyer of Madison and David (Kim) Meyer of Lebanon, Ohio; one daughter Diane (Ken) Adkins of Cincinnati; 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Arnold and Harold, and his daughter-in-law Diane.

Mr. Meyer attended the Lutheran School at Dewberry and was a 1951 graduate of Cross Plains High School. Paul farmed his entire life and in later years he also drove for M & M Trucking in Madison. Paul was a lifelong member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Dewberry.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 19 at 11am at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Dewberry with Pastor Jared Tucher officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will also be at the church on Saturday beginning at 9am. Memorials may be given to the church or cemetery in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles.
