Ray Rodgers, 71, of Cincinnati, Ohio formerly of Milan passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019.  A service celebrating his life was held Monday, April 1, at Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home in Moores Hill with Pastor Charles Miller officiating.  Burial was in Hogan Hill Cemetery.
